Every single pad has been set up so it replicates the different styles of punching allowing the user to use a wide range of combinations. You will experience a workout like no other in only 30 minutes. A routine of 5 minute warm up, 7 punching rounds and 7 active recovery rounds all only taking 90 seconds for each round. A unique piece of equipment. Can be purchased with the base or without the base will steady the tower if fixing to the floor is not possible.
